About

A varied path, one common thread: resonance.

Smallholder, stylist, author, advocate — and now custodian of a music therapy practice tuned to the rhythms of nature.

A varied career

I have had a varied career — for example, working on my smallholding and with horses, being a personal stylist and author, while also helping amplify the voices of the silenced within the mental health system, including exposing the child sexual abuse epidemic in the UK.

All of these varied paths had one common theme: a synergy found within the self that always followed the rhythms of nature. Being in tune with holistic resonances can even be found in fashion, I discovered, with my seasonal colour therapy styling. Hearing colour, tasting sound, feeling mood — senses can often mingle, and when they do it can be a real synaesthesia-styled gift.

Bridging the senses gap

My search for this and other truths led me to work with many exciting public speakers and healers, and in today’s very dystopian climate, they are needed more than ever. At festivals, I discovered Clive de Carle’s magic chair, Tesla therapies, and more. Being within this community really opened my eyes, so I created this website to bridge the senses gap — to provide a therapy I believe in, enabling others to truly feel the music frequency within. The Woo Ja healing salts I provide and make can also complement this deep meditative journey.

I worked with Mark Devlin on social media projects all last year. He is a well-known ex-DJ, speaker, and writer about the music business “rabbit hole.” It has been very rewarding, but my creative skills were yearning for a more complete outlet, somewhere the artistic frequencies could converge — and this was the result.

A sanctuary of sound

To date, this new therapy has been very well received. The Woojer mat only came onto the scene this year. Autistic people in my life have been very grateful for the connection; it brought them outside of themselves. It’s great for younger people too, and all those with a love of music; the tempo and sense of escapism from the day-to-day can be adapted for personal fulfilment and the journeys ahead. With the “new normals” in the world today, we need more than ever to connect with a music energy frequency that is going to do us good and provide a sanctuary.

The Woojer therapy mat is working on such a sophisticated, sublime level that the vibrational becomes you. But in order for you to know how that feels, you will need to do more than take my word or that of my happy testimonials. Try it to see, feel, and hear for yourself — it’s not for me to tell you.

Update: I am currently researching incorporating the MindPlace Kasina for added colourful visual synchronicity with the music. I will tell more as this new panorama unfolds.
